At ＢＬ▲ＳＩ▲Ｎ, we’re obsessed with delivering the perfect eyewear to our tribe! Each pair is quality-checked and packed securely with love before it reaches you. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we follow a strict return policy.
Returns or Exchanges
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos or videos of the product with the original packaging
Order ID and registered email/phone number
Please note, the customer will be liable to return the package.
Post quality check verification, ＢＬ▲ＳＩ▲Ｎ may, at its sole discretion:
Offer a replacement of the same product, or
Provide a refund if replacement is not possible
No claims will be entertained post 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Once we receive the package from you, and post quality check, we’ll swap it out for a new one or a credit note will be issued. No refunds, but plenty of love 😊 In an exceptional situation, a refund will be considered.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
